Been a customer for a few years now for my property insurance. Have yet to have a year without issues when it came time for me to pay my premium.

First 2 years they had all my contact information wrong including my address...for insurance at that address! Since then either the contact information has continued to be incorrect after previously being correct or information about the property is incorrect leading to higher premiums.

Additionally have never had someone call me back or answer the direct line. Had to track down my broker who is horrible for every encounter.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wawanesa Insurance Homeowners Insurance.
